Episode Blue: The Dispatched Imagin is Newtral When Ryotaro and Momotaros are injured in a fight with an Imagin, Kotaro, Kamen Rider New Den-O, and his Imagin partner Teddy return to help solve the case of a stolen ticket and the mystery of a young woman’s doppelganger!

But during the events of Episode Blue: The Dispatched Imagin is Newtral, Teddy is forced to set up a new contract with the Owner as his original contract had expired in the events of Final Countdown and is renamed Aleksandrovic (アレクサンドロヴィチ, Arekusandorovichi). Though he nearly destroys himself in the process by derailing from his contract to help Kotaro, Teddy becomes his partner again.

Imagin (イマジン, Imajin, from "imagine" and "Djinn") are a monster race that are the antagonists (and in a handful of cases, secondary protagonists) in the Kamen Rider Series Kamen Rider Den-O. The Imagin were designed by Yasushi Nirasawa (韮沢 靖, Nirasawa Yasushi), who previously worked on the designs for the Undead in Kamen Rider Blade, the Horrors in GARO, and the Worms in Kamen Rider Kabuto.

The second film, Episode Blue: The Dispatched Imagin is Newtral featuring the blue-colored Kamen Rider New Den-O. The story is themed around "Friendship" and features Den-O and New Den-O attempting to regain control of the DenLiner (having lost it in Episode Red) when an Imagin takes it over, as well as two mysterious men.
